I was a little skeptical because of all the negative reviews but Chad the financial manager made me feel a little better when he was up front and honest about the car I was looking at. It was also my first time having a car shipped and it took longer then I thought and lost my 3 day grace period with it but Nate (our sales man) reassured me that I would love the car and I DO! After the sale I wanted to try to see about trading in a vehicle for a more reasonable one for my teen, Instead of them letting me know that it wasn’t possible they left me without any answer twice. So didn’t bother asking again. Other than that I thought it was a pretty decent experience and love my car!

If I could give 6 stars I would. My entire experience with Asay Auto was seamless from beginning to end. I had found a Mercedes that I was interested in online and wanted more info on it given I live in Colorado and would have to travel if I decided I wanted it. I got in contact with Nate and he was so helpful and responsive. He sent me videos, pictures, and answered all my questions in a timely manner. When I made the trip to Utah I was greeted at their beautiful office and felt so comfortable making this deal. Nate helped me through the entire purchasing process and even made sure my tank was filled before I drove off the lot. I’m ecstatic about my new car and couldn’t be happier with my experience as a customer. Thanks guys! See you next time ☺️

The staff were fantastic! Friendly, professional, and not at all pushy. They were concerned and interested in helping me find the car I was looking for at the price and monthly payment I wanted. Made me feel like I was a friend and not a sale. Best experience I’ve encountered in car sales!! They are fabulous and I would recommend them to my friends, family, and strangers. I’m 100% satisfied and happy!! Asay Auto is the best!!!

I think I am like most people, in that I am sceptical of car dealerships. And I am no stranger to them, having worked for them and bought numerous cars from others over the years. These guys do a better job than the vast majority, as can be seen by how busy they were when we turned up. First up, they price their cars at the most competitive levels, and it seems, try to buy cars that you might want to own. Then they don't try to over sell you in "the box". Like I say, I have been there. But where I will be most complementary about Assay is in how they tried to help out post sale. We ended up buying two vehicles and the second we had to ship. When it turned up with a damaged windscreen, not seen until the day afterwards because it was dark, I thought it might be a fight to get it remedied. However, with minimal fuss, Assay dealt directly with the shipping company and had it booked in with a local company the same day. Very impressive.
